Winter skin tips by Katherine, Paige and Amy our beauty therapists.

Tip 1. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
Amy Says that central heating and cold weather can have a detrimental effect on your skin. Drinking plenty of water during the day is essential to keep skin hydrated.

Tip 2. CHANGE YOUR CLEANSER. Katherine suggests changing your cleanser to a more moisturising one is a good idea. Elemis’ cleansing balm is a beautiful moisturising upgrade to your daily routine. Paige suggests applying to dry skin initially which will help to remove your make up. But really massage the product onto your face, neck and décolletage. Remove with a warm mitt or flannel. Leaving skin glowing.

Tip 3. EXFOLIATE REGULARLY. Paige agree’s exfoliation at least twice a week is a good way to remove dead skin cells and promote renewal.

Tip 4. USE A MOISTURISING MASK. Amy states one of her favourite masks from Elemis is the Pro collagen Quartz mask – “you can even leave it on over night! Which is a fabulous booster to dull winter skin and there is a match serum. ” Katherine adds “Just remember a little goes a long way with Elemis products”.

Tip 5. Use a moisturiser morning and night. Katherine says the Elemis Overnight Matrix is a fabulous boost in winter or for those who have a dry skin type.
